Utilizing Assassin's Promise for energy management as well as an initial hex, this build is suitable for a high spike to take enemies down quickly.

Attributes and Skills

Assassin / Ranger 8 + 1 Critical Strikes 12 + 1 + 1 Dagger Mastery 10 + 1 Deadly Arts Assassin's Promise Factions Assassin. Deadly Arts 11 Assassin's Promise Elite Hex Spell For 12 seconds, if target foe dies, you gain 16 Energy and all your skills are recharged. 45 ¾ 5 Unsuspecting Strike Factions Assassin. Critical Strikes 9 Unsuspecting Strike Lead Attack If this attack hits, you strike for +26 damage. If your target was above 90% Health you deal an additional 51 damage. 2 10 Lotus Strike EotN Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Lotus Strike Off-Hand Attack Must follow a lead attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +24 damage and you gain 19 Energy. 12 10 Twisting Fangs Factions Assassin. Critical Strikes 9 Twisting Fangs Dual Attack Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +16 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 14 seconds. 15 10 Black Spider Strike Nightfall Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Black Spider Strike Off-Hand Attack Must strike a Hexed foe. If it hits, this attack strikes for +19 damage and target foe is Poisoned for 19 seconds. 12 10 Blades of Steel Factions Assassin. Dagger Mastery 14 Blades of Steel Dual Attack Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +15 damage (maximum bonus 60) for each recharging dagger attack. 8 5 Lightning Reflexes Core Ranger. Expertise 0 Lightning Reflexes Stance For 5 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block melee and projectile attacks, and you attack 33% faster. 30 10 Resurrection Signet Core No Profession. Usage

• Use Assassin's Promise on foes you know will die.
• Use Critical Agility before a spike.
• Use Unsuspecting Strike → Lotus Strike → Twisting Fangs → Black Spider Strike → Blades of Steel
• Repeat chain on another enemy when Assassin's Promise recharges.

Counters

• Standard melee shutdown

Variants

• Take Death Blossom instead of Blades of Steel for AoE damage.
