This is a common HB build used to capture shrines solo and deal considerable AoE damage which messes up hero monks' ability to protect the party as they try to escape, making them very vulnerable to spikes.
Attributes and Skills
Nightfall Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Savannah Heat Elite Spell You create Savannah Heat at target foe's location. For 5 seconds, all nearby foes take 19 fire damage each second and an additional 19 fire damage for each second this Spell has been in effect. Prophecies Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Mark of Rodgort Hex Spell Target foe and all nearby foes are Hexed with Mark of Rodgort. For 33 seconds, whenever each foe is struck for fire damage, that foe is set on fire for 4 seconds. Nightfall Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Glowing Gaze Spell Deals 47 fire damage. You gain 5 Energy plus 1 Energy for every 2 ranks of Energy Storage if target foe is Burning. Factions Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Lava Arrows Spell Lava Arrows fly toward up to 3 foes near your target and strike for 62 fire damage if they hit. Core Elementalist. Energy Storage 11 Aura of Restoration Enchantment Spell For 60 seconds, you gain 1 Energy and are healed for 420% of the Energy cost each time you cast a spell. Nightfall Dervish. Earth Prayers 8 Armor of Sanctity Enchantment Spell All adjacent foes suffer from weakness for 10 seconds. For 15 seconds, you take 13 less damage from foes suffering from a Condition. Nightfall Elementalist. Energy Storage 11 Glyph of Restoration Glyph For 15 seconds, your next 2 Spells heal you for 85 Health, and you are healed for 333% of the Energy cost of each Spell. Core Elementalist. Fire Magic 14 Fire Attunement Enchantment Spell For 58 seconds, you are attuned to Fire. You gain 1 Energy plus 30% of the base Energy cost of the Skill each time you use Fire Magic. |

Equipment
- High health armour with the appropriate runes.
- One all-round weapon set because heroes can't switch (defensive spear/shield set would be good).
Usage
- Send the hero off to capture shrines.
- Always watch to make sure it isn't being killed while moving, and micro appropriate skills to save it.
- Disabling certain skills can be helpful to support spikes.
Counters
Variants
- One major variant is going E/A to use Recall.
- Searing Heat can obviously be switched for it's dupe skill, Teinai's Heat.
