fuck you frosty, i was gonna post this. should definitely be /N for strip enchantment. also frozen burst should be mainbarred. take out freezing gust and put in frozen burst and make optional glowing ice. thats what i saw a guy from [dP] using. --

- Not necessarily. This has snares AND anti-melee (not that snares aren't anti-melee), which makes it significantly more versatile than a Bsurge build. However....bsurge is insanely overpowered if the other team has no monk/no condition removal. Karate
