Spear Mastery 14 Barbed Spear Spear Attack If this attack hits, your target begins Bleeding for 19 seconds. 2 Maiming Spear EotN Paragon. Spear Mastery 14 Maiming Spear Spear Attack If your attack hits a Bleeding foe, that foe is Crippled for 19 seconds. 5 5 Vicious Attack Nightfall Paragon. Spear Mastery 14 Vicious Attack Spear Attack If this attack hits, you deal +19 damage.
