This build has been designed for the following use:

Clear Bogroot Growths with Aura's to get a chance for a Frog Scepter.

Team Layout

  • 1x Assassin/Necromancer Tank
  • 7x Assassin/Dervish Auras

Equpiment

  • A Spear of Enchanting with no Elemental Mod and a Shield with +10 vs. Slashing/Lightning.
  • A Zealous Scythe of Enchanting
  • A +20 Energy staff (preferably curses) to switch to if energy gets low.

Usage

  • Hold CTRL whenever using Barbs or MoP on a target so that everyone will follow you. Choose Ritualists, then Mesmers or Paragons then Warriors.

Level 1

  • Cast Barbs on one of the two frogmen.
  • Run to level 2.

Level 2

  • Drop 500g for the person with the BU.
  • Once the BU is used, proceed across the cavern to the chamber of Incubi.
  • Looking carefully for any immediately incoming patrols, move clockwise around the room towards the Beacon of Droknar.
  • Avoiding the cripple from Aura of Thorns and the spirits of Disenchantment, run through the beetles to the next Beacon.
  • Tuck into the North-East side of this room.
  • Once the rest of the team has used GDW on each other, move around the edge of the room towards the Ophil Patriarch boss.
  • Use Unseen fury to blind them so you not get interrupted, wait casting it until al frogmen touching you.(so they are al blind and not just one of them)
  • Ping your MoP target and set up your honor ward. The team will spike it.
    • If the spike fails, it may be necessary to pull everything except the boss away, and just distract the frogmen long enough to kill the boss.
  • Collect the key, and then run to the Boss Lock, and activate the next shrine.
  • Sneak around the Boss room to the opposite side that you entered from, without aggroing any frogmen.
  • Carefully pull frogmen towards the group (can us that boulder to body block), there are two mobs you need to kill: the closest frogmen, and the group of 3 with Khabuus in it.
  • Ping your mark of pain on one of the frogmen, and use your honor ward to buffer the damage from the aura's together with GDW above the 21 life steal.
    • Kill the other frogmen before Khabuus.
  • Collect the rewards from the Chest.

Variant

  • Some survival skill instead of Ebon battle Standard of Honor. (Coordinate with one of the Aura that he bring Honor)

Equipment

Usage

  • Run to Bogroot Growths, getting the quest from Griff. (The quest is automatically received level two as long as you have Griff inside the dungeon)

Level 1

  • Kill one of the two fighting frogmen.
  • Cast Shadow Form before you pass the shrine, so that it will have recharged by the time you reach the Plant area.
  • Keep up Signet of Mystic Speed, so you can not get interrupted wile casting SF or SoD.
  • Wait before the last ritualist boss on level 1 so that the team can group up.
  • Run through the poison passage.
  • Zone to level 2.

Level 2

  • Drop 500g for the person with the BU.
  • Once the BU is used, proceed across the cavern to the chamber of Incubi.
  • Looking carefully for any immediately incoming patrols, move clockwise around the room towards the Beacon of Droknar - and activate it.
  • Keep up and run as team in one green dot.
  • Spam your Ebon Escape to keep up and heal yourself and others.
  • Avoiding the cripple from Aura of Thorns and the spirits of Disenchantment, run through the beetles to the next Beacon.
  • Tuck into the North-East side of this room and group up.
  • Use GDW on each other & then, following the call of the A/N, use your scythe and spam Aura on Ophil Patriarch (the boss).
  • Keep them blind with unseen fury.
  • Collect the key, and then run to the Boss Lock, and activate the next shrine.
  • Sneak around the Boss room to the opposite side that you entered from, without aggroing any frogmen.
  • Make sure that you not agro some frogmen in the time the tank is pulling them in to a ball.
  • Ebon Escape to the tank when he ping his MoP target. Control + T and spike that target, maintain GDW on each other.
    • Be careful of following retreating foes, thus aggroing a lot more frogmen.
  • Collect the rewards from the Chest.

Variant

  • Dark Escape instead Signet of Mystic Speed.(Reg experience be sure you can make it till the end without dying cause interrupt.

Counters

  • Interrupts via Power Drain, Distracting Blow or Disrupting Chop
  • If use Signet of Mystic Speed you can`t get interrupted.
  • Enchantment removal via Disenchantment & Soulrending Shriek (and then being dazed in the later case)
  • Having a bad team.
  • Not al running as team in one green dot.

Notes

  • Only one Essence of Celerity is used, the first level is run without.
  • Times for level two vary widely based on the experience of the team. A good pug can achieve level 2 in 5 minutes. It could be as much as 20 mins with an inexperienced team.
