it's just normal SoS but with destruction and rupture... which is soso AoE spike every 20 seconds (290 damage). just add the combo to the SoS build page and not waste space, then again still not worth it because you'd have to bring the spirits into melee (and yourself) which is a nono. 166.164.119.93 02:03, 4 March 2012 (UTC)

- If you're going for this kind of playstyle DwG would make more sense as the elite (and you could bring Rupture+Destruction over Spirit Rift+LoD). Having SoS+Bloodsong die to melee/AoE instead of cleaning up is kinda lame. Also this probably shouldn't be merged into the SoS hero because that page is already cluttered with all the hero optionals (and it should probably have hybrid in its name somewhere, but eh). -- Toraen confer 02:06, 13 March 2012 (UTC)
- DwG gets you killed, spirits protect you as i said. The only thing you need to do is put those spirits near some semi-balled foes. After that you can just run away, EE away. and spam rupture soul. Imo this has higher spike damage then DwG and higher survive ability. Sjan 09:27, 13 March 2012 (UTC)
- Only if you suck. Bring IAU and/or Great Dwarf Armor, or just bring an ST rit and tank like a baus. Also, DwG can do something like hold DwG>Ancestor's>DwG>Drop DwG>LoD for something like 300 damage or so, in essentially 3 casts. Spirit Rift and other AoE spells would obviously add to that. This doesn't have better spike capability than DwG. Anyway, a regular SoS build with Splinter will do just as much AoE as this. :/ --Jai. - 12:44, March 13 2012 (UTC)
- Srsly, all casters in melee range builds get thrashed, DwG is just as "squishy" as SB and so on. This instead doesn't require you to be in the frontline al the time, tbh just for one second. And this build can give blind every 5 seconds like where ever you want it. Maybe i suck, but then i'm not the only one. DwG is risky sometimes. This build as a little to no risk. Ofcourse DwG is superior it's superior to almost any spike build. BTW this gives you shaman's insignia's = 75 armor. --Sjan 15:21, 13 March 2012 (UTC)

To having a separate player SoS build (though I think it's highly redundant), but this needs some serious changes. Destruction>Rupture should be in optionals at best, and the optionals should be much more robust in general. --Jai. - 06:27, April 18 2012 (UTC)
