Build talk:W/A Droks Runner

One of my first builds looked like this and got trashed. Shadow Form is useable for running, but isn't really great. We're also trying to limit the amount of running builds we get. -- () -- 01:02, December 20, 2009 (UTC)

You can use it as an emergency boost. You'd activate it after Shadow Form ends and you're about to die, and sometime during the run you can stop to lolhit a foe to reuse it later, if you feel terrible enough to need it. -- () -- 12:21, December 20, 2009 (UTC)
I think we've had this discussion before. That's not something you want to do during a run. HoS is a better choice because a Warrior that is going to use a skill that makes it invincible does not need high HP to tank damage.
I don't know/care. But the point is just that you don't use SoS on zoning. I don't run with SF anymore, so I'm not particularly biased towards this. -- () -- 18:35, December 21, 2009 (UTC)

Change SoS to Heart of Shadow or Shadow Sanctuary and move to testing if the Wiki is in need of another warrior running build. I'm all for doing so but I'm under the impression that we are trying to minimize the amount of running builds we have on the site.

No it's actually pretty viable. It can get energy intensive if you spam the Assassin skills though. But you shouldn't be doing so anyway if you want to make it there safely. I think this should just be added as a variant to the .

[] Drunken master main bar

Drunken master gives 33% IMS and lasts a very long time. Those two factors make it faster and much easier on energy compared to Soldier's Speed. With drunken master, you also have an optional skill as I Am The Strongest is no longer needed. The only drawback is that you will need to invest in ales, but it is cheap and most a/r and d/a runners do that already. Dstab can also be used instead of DT for even longer Drunken Master. The energy you save from using stances often can be used instead for more shadow steps. So unless anyone can point out something I missed (and i might have lol), then I'm gonna replace main bar.Demonic Sin Ex () 03:26, 17 September 2011 (UTC)

on 2nd thought, the above build would not have any warrior skills and will be an any/a build that is the same as the any/a build posted. so... should we change it to that? as this current war build is slower than any/a build using drunken master. Demonic Sin Ex () 03:27, 17 September 2011 (UTC)
Might as well leave this one for those who haven't leveled delver (although it's equal/better for speed and energy at a relatively low rank). We currently don't require title tracks for our builds. -- 04:32, 17 September 2011 (UTC)

There are a lot of builds that way. It's because it hasn't gathered enough votes since we moved from Wikia to Curse, and our policy has been to keep something in its respective category until its actually been voted on. -- -
