This build is meant to spread health degeneration equivalent to burning across many opposing enemies in either Guild versus Guild, the Random Arena, or Alliance Battles. It is also used to cause general annoyance with interrupts, and can run a flag if necessary.

Attributes and Skills

Ranger / Monk 11 + 1 Wilderness Survival 11 + 1 + 1 Expertise 8 + 1 Marksmanship 3 Protection Prayers Poison Arrow Prophecies Ranger. Wilderness Survival 12 Poison Arrow Elite Bow Attack If Poison Arrow hits, your target becomes Poisoned for 17 seconds. 1 2 Savage Shot Core Ranger. Marksmanship 9 Savage Shot Bow Attack If Savage Shot hits, your target's action is interrupted. If that action was a Spell, you strike for +22 damage. 5 ½ 5 Distracting Shot Core Ranger. Expertise 13 Distracting Shot Bow Attack If Distracting Shot hits, it interrupts target foe's action but deals only 14 damage. If the interrupted action was a skill, that skill is disabled for an additional 20 seconds. 10 ½ 2 Barbed Arrows Nightfall Ranger. Wilderness Survival 12 Barbed Arrows Preparation For 24 seconds, your arrows cause Bleeding for 13 seconds. You have -40 armor while activating this skill. 12 2 5 Mending Touch Nightfall Monk. Protection Prayers 3 Mending Touch Spell Touched ally loses two Conditions and is healed for 24 Health for each Condition removed in this way. 6 ¾ 2 Natural Stride Nightfall Ranger. Wilderness Survival 12 Natural Stride Stance For 7 seconds, you run 33% faster and have a 50% chance to block incoming attacks. Natural Stride ends if you become Hexed or Enchanted. 12 2 Troll Unguent Core Ranger. Wilderness Survival 12 Troll Unguent Skill For 13 seconds, you gain +9 Health regeneration. 10 3 2 Resurrection Signet Core No Profession. Unlinked Resurrection Signet Signet Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. Equipment

• A Barbed Recurve Bow of Fortitude.

Usage

The builds quite simple to use, use Poison Arrow coupled with Barbed Arrows to throw -7(14 hp loss a second) around, quite easy to achieve on many people.

• Savage Shot and Distracting Shot are (obviously) used to disrupt either long casting, or important skills.
• Mending Touch is used to remove up to two conditions on yourself.
• Troll Unguent should be used when faced with moderate damage, or degen.
• Natural Stride is an excellent running skill and is useful as an evade stance, so, of course, use it when running somewhere, or you are facing some melee or ranged physical attacks.
• Barbed Arrows is a nice skill that allows this build to easily achieve spreadable degen, and it makes Poison Arrow worth taking for once.

Counters

• Anti-Melee hexes.
• Signet of Humility(although an odd character to disable).
• Diversion

Variants

• Resurrection Signet can be switched in for Pin down for use in Alliance Battles.
• Mending Touch can be replaced with Antidote Signet to make condition removal free.
• Toxicity for heavier degen.
