Not 100% sure about this but it could be strong, extra energy regen should allow power attack to be spammed a bit more and rocking 16/17 axe with a 10 spec conjure is pretty badass. 21:52, 6 March 2012 (UTC)

only reason to run this is to go sup axe conjure and prot strike imo. — 23:11, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
Obsed this kinda stuff on quite a few top guilds. I could check if it's actually worth a meta-tag. -- -- 12:47, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
Go full spike specc with 12+3+2 axe, executioners and conjure lightning + shock(@11, drop str to 6+1+2, bring a req 8 shield for weakness) IMO. If you're gonna be brave, be BRAVE. Miharo () 12:50, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
Alternatively you don't get spiked to shits with your low health, but you still get a free superior rune and can spam Power Attack on vampiric set, because of the energy management and hpregen.
Also, yes, this is really frequent with both Conjure and Shock. You always take either, though, so it's practically W/E. -- -- 13:01, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
In any organized setting you can run a sup or at least a major without being spiked to death. L2Frenzy and pew fucking pew. But meh, it's preference. Miharo () 13:12, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
I just obsed a game between Vk and GwA, and wonder what this "not being spiked to death" means. GwA's fooser wasn't particularly amazing and probably cost them the game, but even at his fastest, he couldn't land an Infuse in time before shit went splat. -- -- 13:13, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
Bar looks fine to me. Running 10 in conjure is worse than 10 in strength?-- 14:59, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
It's between a 12-spec conjure and running Sentinel's. 15:32, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
Is not as kewl. Flux is for gimmicks! Miharo () 15:33, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
Ah right, was running Sentinel's earlier for that reason-- 15:36, 7 March 2012 (UTC)

Name Meek Axe

I call this Meek Axe to distinguish it from other axe builds used for a particular flux.--War Pig5 () 19:25, 8 March 2012 (UTC)

Other axe builds?-- 19:52, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
Other axe builds such as those that theoretically could be created for future fluxes. The question is: do we want to name all Flux builds "Flux" or name them for the specific flux. --War Pig5 () 20:50, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
Unless we keep them for archival purposes, all flux builds will be deleted at the end of the month. You can't tell it's a flux build if it's named something like Meek Axe either.-- 20:57, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
If they're meta now they'll obviously be archived (rather than deleted), like this one. Also, flux tag lets you know it's a flux build well enough. I think it'd a good idea to rename. -- 21:03, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
Link to Flux builds category in the Miscellaneous section on front page then?-- 21:26, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
? -- 22:24, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
I like that a lot. — 23:17, 8 March 2012 (UTC)

Just take a generalized flux-derived name for each month (when appropriate), in this case, say, "Meek". Or then do shit like "March Axe" or "March Flux Axe". You get the point. -- -- 00:46, 9 March 2012 (UTC)

What if the fluxes repeat eventually? Or next year comes?
Then we unarchive the builds. Thanks everybody who helped implement this. --War Pig5 () 05:49, 14 March 2012 (UTC)
Implying "March Flux" may not be the same month when it repeats, or March Flux not referring to a year when 2013 rolls around.
Hence the Meek prefix, don't get your panties in a bunch-- 14:42, 15 March 2012 (UTC)

Optionals

When using the conjure or brutal weapon optional, I found DPS was significantly higher on master of damage with a sword chain. Random? I only did one 3 minute test with each. Azazello () 06:46, 10 March 2012 (UTC)

Shorter damage range, so you'll get solid DPS I guess. — 06:50, 10 March 2012 (UTC)
I always thought axes did higher dps when you include crits. I guess I got unlucky. It was like 15 dps difference though. Azazello () 07:18, 10 March 2012 (UTC)
The master of damage doesn't move. That means he doesn't kite, which means you get less crits. 10:02, 10 March 2012 (UTC)

"Drop Strength to 10"

That gives you 13 Strength though. Weakness removes Sentinels. Wouldn't -1 to both Str and Axe be better?
