This Arena Monk uses Life Sheath for a major prot as well as a quick source of condition removal.

Usage

• Heal with Patient Spirit, and Signet of Rejuvenation.
• Prot with Life Sheath (make sure to use it on allies taking big damage for max effectiveness).
• Set-up for long term heals with Vigorous Spirit.
• Remove Hexes with Cure Hex and Holy Veil (Pre-veil as necessary).
• Remove Conditions with Life Sheath.
