• Use Siphon Speed/Crippling Dagger to counter kiting and help with snaring.

• Use Ward Against Foes, Grasping Earth and Shadow Prison to snare foes.

• If the A/N is being snared to often call spikes using Viper's Defense, or use it to mess with prots.

• 40/40 Inspiration/Domination can be used as a sort of high energy set without the loss of regneration.

Usage

• Spike with Deadly Paradox -> Augury of Death (alternate with Snarer) -> SoTS.
• Use Power Drain and Leech Signet for energy management and general interrupts (keep off Diversion, Heats etc.), as well as Disrupting Dagger.
• Use Psychic Distraction on Ghostly's on KotH, and when your team won't be spiking as often/at all (e.g. Halls Relic Runs).
• Use Leech Signet to interrupt Song seeing as the target will usually be under the effect of Aegis.

• Use Shadow Shroud on spikes when available to stop prots/Patient Spirit.
• Use "Make Haste!" to give allies more kiting (and obviously on relics).
• Use Song to help the ghost cap the Altar on KotH and generally to get off Resses.
• Use "Fall Back!" to give allies IMS and healing.
• Use Disrupting Dagger for a general interrupt.
