This build has been designed for the following use:
This build is designed for anywhere there are excessive hexes such as DoA gloom. Hexes like vocal minority or soothing images for example shutdown paragons too much to ignore. It's also useful to clear stacked up hexes on the player tanking all the aggro. There are also many dangerous hexes for heroes such as Panic! disabling all their skills since they often stack together. These are used by the Titan's Malice during the 1st titan quest Defend Droknars Forge.
