This build has been designed for the following use:

This teambuild uses synergy to support main player.
The goal of this team is to deal all possible conditions and to take advantage of each one for additional damages.
It works great in HM.

Usage Overview

  • this teambuild is based on Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams and Fragility Fragility to inflict all possible conditions to foes
  • In addition to the conditions pressure, "fragility" hit them hard with solid damages. The idea is not to inflict long duration conditions (except if you want to mass degen and pressure) but rather short duration conditions which will trigger fragility over and over (once it is applied and once it is removed). Also, the more the conditions turn over, the more "fevered dreams" triggers dazed condition.
  • Try to pick a middle target and unleash hell on him,Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams will spread conditions In the area range(which is quite large).
  • For a quick overview on how fragway works, check the ME/N build and try to solo spike.

Professions


  • Playing as Mesmer is the best choice for this team if you are lazy and just want effective, casual and relaxing gameplay. Micromanagement is not required since you have control of Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams and Fragility Fragility.
  • Strong alternatives can be used such as EL/Me or N/A. If you let Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams and Fragility Fragility to heroes, you might need micromanagement for damages optimization.
  • For both professions (Elementalist and Necromancer) there is a "Pressure" variant using Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams which does not require much micromanagement.

  • ghosts or skelettons won't suffer from : bleeding, poison and disease. so it will reduce a bit efficiency but there are still 8 conditions to use.

Usage

  • To understand and test fragway powerstrike, run this build and try to solo spike adjacent foes. An easy location is just outside Sunspear Great Hall. Activate HM and pull some Stalking Nephila around the big rock. take cover and spike them.
  • After applying many conditions, use the combo Hypochondria Hypochondria followed by Epidemic Epidemic. this skill chain is only usefull if the foes are adjacent to each others and if they are under Fragility Fragility.

Notes

  • this build is not optimized for spike quickness but it is pretty powerfull.
  • Hypochondria Hypochondria range (in the area) is wider than Epidemic Epidemic(adjacent), so when you use Hypochondria, potentially Epidemic range won't be enough to spread back the conditions. Sometimes it is best to keep the conditions for pressure rather than to remove those for quick damages from Fragility Fragility.
  • Usage of Hypochondria Hypochondria on a target affected by Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams will not spread conditions except if the target was unnafected by those.

Notes
Ghosts or skeletons will not bleed or be poisoned, making 3 skills in this build useless. remember to adapt setup depending on situation. Otherwise it will inflict cripple, daze, weakness, poison, bleeding, disease, cracked armor, deep wound conditions(8). a total of -11 degen.


Important

  • Since necromancer doesn't have fast cast and it will take too long to chain "fragility" and "fevered dreams", this build carries only "fevered dreams" and its goal is to pressure the mobs with mass degen.
  • Usage of Fragility Fragility by heroes is quite random so micro management would be nice.

Notes

  • Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams will spread conditions around to all foes "in the area". Crystal Wave Crystal Wave will remove conditions on target and "Adjacent" foes doing extra damages for each condition + it will trigger Fragility Fragility. Then, using Hypochondria Hypochondria on target affected by Fevered Dreams, will pull the conditions from non adjacent foes to target foe and thanks to Fevered Dreams; it will spread those back to non affected foes, triggering fragility once more in the process.
  • micromanagement is required for Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams as for Fragility Fragility
  • After jumping, blindness will protect you from melees and if Fevered Dreams Fevered Dreams is up in time, it will trigger daze and protect you from casters.
