Usage
Set the heroes to Guard mode.
Flag heroes back and lure mobs with a flatbow so they semi-ball up.
Call Mark of Pain on a central foe or clump of foes if some have broken from the mob.
Cast Assassin's Promise when the marked foe drops to 50% health, depending on level.
Micro Death's Charge, locking the Dervish on the called target will increase reliability.
Micro spirits beforehand so the Dervish don't take too much pressure when they jump in.
