Tactics

Playing this team

Game Plan DP the opposing team out with frequent, irresistible spikes in an 8v8 situation.
8v8

  • Perform frequent spikes.
  • Also call midline spikes with your paragons.

Flag

  • Hold the flag on your runner or the pact mesmer.
  • Try to spike their flag to get the advantage.

Split

  • Defend with the runner and if necessary dash mesmer.
  • When the opposing team's split has committed to attacking NPCs and stay deep in your base, attempt a full collapse with "Fall Back!" (PvP).

Lategame

  • Defend with runner and dash mesmer.
  • If there's an opportunity for it, try to wipe the opposing team with a full collapse around the 26 minutes mark.

Playing against this team

8v8 Situations

  • Take out Brutal Weapon.
  • Catch the warrior on Frenzy.
  • Cover Spirit Bond (PvP).

Flag

  • If your team setup allows for it, power run and flag push.
  • Safeguard your own flag with Aegis (PvP).

Split

  • You can attempt splits.
  • Never fall back too far with your main team so a full collapse with "Fall Back!" doesn't result in a safe kill of your split.
