This has Healing Breeze AND Flare.. i think i came
- There's no flare... Also heal breeze is a mad good skill, it's a 150 pt heal with a 2s recharge. It's only downside is the massive energy investment needed to maintain it. Fortunately ele's have access to an infinitely large energy pool thanks to mind blast.--TahiriVeila 05:43, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
