For the Armor put on all parts Nightstalker's Insignia and about the runes you need 1 Superior rune of Dagger Mastery, 1 Major rune of Critical Strikes and 1 Minor rune of Shadow Arts; For the rest of the parts put 1 best Vigor rune you can afford and 1 Rune of Vitea.
For the Weapons ifound Daggers of Xuekao are very useful becuse of the +20% ENCHANTMENTS and for the +15% Damage while Enchanted.
Usage
Before you aggro activate Lucst's Fury followed by Critical Defenses;
After Aggroing activate Critical Eye;
When attacking use your attack chain and reactivate Locust's Fury when it ended;
If you get a pretty high health degenration use Shadow Refuge while combat or after combat.

Blindness;
Melee Encounters;
Enchantment Removals(not much of a threat);
Realy High Health Degenartions.
Variants
For the Variants you can always replace the first attack skill for other skill with low recharge and low energy requierment.
Notes
this build is not a tanker although it can tank only if there arent a lot of elementalist enemies.
