If there are significant changes made to a build (changing the base idea), you can just use the Admin noticeboard to ask for a build's votes to be cleared. It's taking up quite a bit of space on the edit page. Not enough to break any rules, but I've noticed you're using way too much code for something simple.

That's actually a common misconception. Tab can sign using Tab because he won't change if you ask him to.
