Simple and effective build for a niche farm.
EDIT: raising my rating from good to great. It's a consistent, relatively easy and quick farm. IMO deserves to be a tier above the totem axe build.

Niche farm, but getting yourself an easy enchanting weapon is useful for running many other builds, and this is usually quicker than getting a totem axe.
