This seems to be the second best damage ele build, behind Air magic. Against foes without max armor it will beat the Air ele damage output. Overall solid build

Removed: Good in theory, but hero never casts RI when you want them to, they seem afraid to use the skill. Giving the hero flare may be a mistake as well, probably gets in the way of casting better spells.
Rated good but only for players who don't have better heroes...

Reason: Invalidated due to page changes. Flare has not only dropped from the main bar, but also from the optionals.
