I'm pretty sure you could carry Gust on anyone and it'd be viable, but having full investment in Air Magic makes this Gust long and strong.

Blind, Cracked Armor, Gust (so much utility you make as well just say Gust) as well as strong spike damage make for a decent all round midliner.

Toraen is pretty sure you could carry Gust on anyone and it'd be viable, but having full investment in Air Magic makes this Gust long and strong.

Also Frosty says blind, weakness and kd = strong like bear.
