This build has been designed for the following use:
Mesmer build to farm Chkkr Brightclaw in hard mode to obtain the item Brightclaw as well as elite ritualist tomes. Bring some lockpicks so you can open chests spawning on your way to the boss.
A hero can be brought to increase your movement speed on the way to the farming spot.
You activate Spells and Signets 34% faster. (No effect for non-Mesmer skills with a cast time less than 2 seconds.) In PvE, the recharge time of your Mesmer Spells is reduced by 27%.

The first time you do this, you should head back into the outpost to make sure for the next run you spawn at the top of the outpost to minimise rezone time.
Shoot at Chkkr with your bow once from the top of the stairs, then run further down until you can hide behind the rock to your right further down the stairs. Chkkr will now run towards you.

Flag near start so it does not interfere and steal drops.
