Usage

  • Maintain Apply Poison to spread Poison on your targets, and to cover any other conditions you (or allies) may apply.
  • Target casters; primarily those that will have long-casting skills or will be a danger to your success.
    • Distracting Shot should be used to hit the most dangerous/essential of the enemies' skills to disable them as long as possible.
    • Magebane Shot should be used to interrupt all other spells (and an enemy's Apply Poison) and spread poison faster. It recharges in half the time of Dshot and is unblockable, so don't be shy about using it.
  • Use Natural Stride for blocking and an IMS, use it to protect yourself from physical interrupts while using Apply Poison and Resurrection Signet.
  • Use the IAS of Lightning Reflexes to aid in spreading poison quickly and interrupting more reliably. The 75% block can also allow you to temporarily push closer to the enemy casters, reducing arrow flight time. Note the long downtime.
  • Pin Down to snare as needed by your team.
  • Resurrect fallen allies with Resurrection Signet.

Counters

  • Any anti-physical that you're unable to disable.

Variants

  • Savage Shot
  • Debilitating Shot
  • Point Blank Shot
