Hero team build for a dervish player relying on Fevered Dreams; designed to make use of a dervish's ability to apply plenty of short-lasting conditions on adjacent and nearby targets. It will work fine for most hard mode content such as explorable areas, missions, most dungeons and the winds of change questline, but struggle in areas such as the domain of anguish, the underworld and slaver's exile.
In order to function properly the build requires exploitable corpses.

The energy cost of Dervish enchantments is reduced by 48%. In PvE, gain +12 armor rating while enchanted. |
- Equipment: Vampiric "Strength and Honour" scythe of defense or fortitude, zealous "Strength and Honour" scythe of defense or fortitude, insightful "Hale and Hearty" staff of enchanting, shield set with a crippling weapon of defense or fortitude. 5 blessed insignias.
- Weapon set usage: Use your vampiric scythe as your main combat weapon and your zealous scythe whenever you need the energy. Switch to your staff when you need to cast an energy skill but have run out of energy. Switch to your shield set when you're under heavy attack or idle.
- Use Avatar of Balthazar before combat and renew it if it runs out mid-combat.
- Keep your flash enchantments up and apply conditions on foes disenchanting yourself with Twin Moon Sweep and Wearying Strike.
