From here you can reset, or head North where there are three more groups of Vermin. Ball and spike them like the first group. Just be sure to run around a bit to give MoP time to recharge. (see video)

The drake groups spawn with a different number of drakes each time you enter the map. If you get less than 10 total drakes, there will be one drake left over. In this case, just keep attacking it. (see video for more variances).
Head forward and talk to the Ghostly Priest who will give you a Vision Crystal. Drop the Vision Crystal and head towards the North.
Run towards the bridge. Cast Mark of PainCoreNecromancer. With a speed boost, run to the west towards the cave where you will find the Mountain Trolls.
Use the speed boost hero as fodder to make it there if needed by flagging it into the group on enemies that could spawn in your way.
